What is Carved?
The carved ink is sprayed onto the surface of the slate through an inkjet machine, and after firing, it presents a concave-convex texture effect, which is suitable for the expression of modern textures such as geometry, cloth pattern, and wood grain.
Advantages: Compared with traditional molds, the finely carved texture is more delicate, sharper and more angular, reducing production costs and realizing digital and refined production
Disadvantages: The groove cannot be made very deep, and some very three-dimensional effects are difficult to show
Carved
• Process flow: ordinary surface glaze + carved ink + ordinary protective glaze
• Texture characteristics: delicate, shallow cloth pattern concavity and convexity
• Suitable products: geometric, cloth grain, wood grain and other textures

What is the stacking crafts?
The superposition process is to superimpose two or more processes together, such as bright ink + fine carving, full digital process + fine dry particles, etc., to express a richer and more layered texture effect.
